Like most good things in life, Hap's BBQ started small-a home built smoker and a sign attached to a shopping cart in front of the family car dealership. This worked fine for a few years, which brings us to the present day and the opening of the new Hap's store at 4801 E Washington (48th St and Washington). Business has simply gotten to be too large for the trailer. The spirit of real 'cue lives on in the new stores-one taste will guarantee that.
